Description
Type of device - fixed
Principle of operation – triboelectric
Mode of operation – сontinuous
Designed for dust concentration measuring in non-hazardous dust-gas atmospheres, including dust-gas cleaning systems and combustion gases of fuelburn processing stations of various industrial facilities.
Application :
continuous ecological and technological monitoring of suspended particles concentration in gas flow at plants of heat-and-power engineering, metallurgy, glass, chemical, petrochemical, food industries, during production of construction materials, etc.
Functionality:
- dust level indication (as a percentage of selected maximum dust concentration or in absolute value mg/m3) on digital seven-segmented LED display
- device is controlled by keyboard protected against unauthorized access
- light alarm on digital display in case of dust counter failure
- light alarm when the set threshold values are exceeded
- switching of two external circuits when alarm actuation (2,5 А; 220 V)
Dust counter is a single-unit device in metal enclosure, with immersed sensor-bar attached to the enclosure through insulator. Length of immersed part 750, 1000 is provided by bar-attachment to basic length equal to 500 mm. Length of immersed part 1500 mm is provided by two additional bars-attachments with length 500 mm to basic length equal 500 mm.
